Did skoal and copehagen for the last 6 years. A kid in class started me on snus. I'm glad he did. I ran out of my cans of snus and wasn't used to the few days of waiting while it was being shipped. I decided to run and grab me my old favorite which was skoal mint pouches. What a bad idea. After doing snus for so long I realized how harmful this stuff is. My body felt horrible after doing this stuff. My jaw would hurt I'd get a horrible headaches and my stomach would feel just awful. Immediatly the next day I ran to the mailbox grabbed my huge order of snus, I threw my can of skoal away and will never look back again. I will never go back to skoal or Copenhagen. Plus snus flavors taste better anyways. Another plus side is the nic buzzes I get from extra stark is amazing. The only time I ever got a nic buzz from skoal was when I tried it for the first time several years ago.
