Go back Our Göteborgs Rape, White Mini Portion ReviewReleased in 2005 and made by Swedish Match, Göteborgs Rapé Mini White portion snus is classified as a Mini White type portion meaning that the portion is half the size of a regular type portion and they do not go thru the additional step at the end of the manufacturing process that adds a bit more moisture to them. While this leaves the material a bit dry, Swedish Match uses the same soft material they use in all their portion snus and is comfortable in the lip for over an hour. Each can of Göteborgs Rapé Mini White contains 24 portions that have .5 grams of snus each and 4 mg of Nicotine per portion. The can that Göteborgs Rapé Mini White comes in is a smaller version of its big brother’s gold colored plastic can and signature blue stripe label. There’s even a used portion compartment in the lid but, enough about the can, let’s talk taste! Göteborgs Rapé Mini White’s flavor is just as distinct as its full sized sibling which could be why it one of the most popular snus flavors in Sweden. What we taste is a mix of full flavored tobaccos from around the world, salt and Juniper berries that give Göteborgs Rapé Mini White a slight sweetness! Juniper berries, as you may or may not know, are what give gin its distinct flavor but when used in snus, the flavor is lighter and gives off a subtle sweetness and a slight peppery taste. My first portion of this wasn't tops but i persisted and now consider this to be a very good portin to have when not drinking. Only general can satisfy when geeting on the booze.

I call this my classic!
It is timeless, always refreshingly smooth and ever so elegant. I got introduced to Suns through this particular type and brand, and to this day I have found no white mini portion that beats this one by a long shot. A+

I normally go for a strong portion snus, General Onyx being my favorite. I frequently leave one in for hours at a time, without anyone at work noticing. However, every once in a while, if I’m not drinking water frequently my teeth may get a little brown juice on them. This is NOT good when you work in sales
 That’s where white portions come in- particularly mini portions. Although a regular portion isn’t noticeable under my lip (I have a beard, little advantage there), if I’m on a sales call, I want to play it safe- the mini portion is perfect for this. I’m still getting nicotine, but more importantly, I’m getting taste  –not to mention the simple, familiar and reassuring feeling of having a snus in.
Goteborgs Rape is my favorite white portion, and it’s only natural that if I’m going to go mini I’m going to go Rape
Two years ago almost to the day, I successfully used Swedish snus to quit smoking I would NEVER go back. I've got a product that is safe, doesn't make you smelly, and you can do it WHILE you're working! No more lost productivity on smoke breaks. I've tried the US Camel Snus, which is basically a mini portion- it's worthless, period. Only Northerner has the REAL stuff I also found that, even though I didn't smoke all that much in my opinion, I needed the sterk line rather than regular- the higher nicotine yield makes quitting much, much more comfortable.
It takes some time to really distinguish the flavors. My advice to anyone trying to quit smoking is simply to find what tastes good/works for you. Northerner offers try out boxes for that matter. After two years, trust me when I say you’ll begin to differentiate between flavors. But it’s not an elite cigar aficionado club, much of it is simple personal preference. Thus, you really can’t go wrong with snus

I like minis because I work with the public and don't always want people to know I have a tobacco product in my lip. Discretion is the better part of valor. I don't always want a buzz just a little over the duration of the day. This particular snus does that well and has a nice even flavor to go with it. I will be purchasing it again. The previous review is right that you won't be proving your manhood with this but if you want candy flavor go elsewhere, it is snus. Pretty good snus.

These are small and discreet, but still have the flavor of full-size Goteborgs. In case you're not familiar with the flavor of juniper, you'll recognize it from the taste of London-dry gin. If you like mini portions, they are much better than the more candy-like varieties.

While Goteborgs is a fine snus brand, I must confess that the minis I got in my first try-out box were just too small to be effective. I guess discretion may be the better part of valor, but I found that discretion in this case impinged upon my necessary dosage of Vitamin N (nicoteine).
So just to reflect on the dosage here, I feel that mini portions are best suited for women and shoolchildren*. *(I mean no offense to the aforementioned, I just write this so as to alert the men who may accidentally try the minis that they need to move to loose, or at least strong normal potion snus).
