Kalevala Koru is Finland's jewelry tradition at its best. This collection of bronze, silver and gold jewelry draws its inspiration from early Finnish history. Many of the pieces are replicas of archeological finds dating back to the early years A.D., the Viking era and more recent times. The rich ornamental world of the museum pieces has also inspired attractive jewelry adaptations. Even the most modern Kalevala Koru pieces have strong roots in Finnish culture, which for centuries has combined the influences of east and west.
