Mild Fullkorns Välling
Mix for mild wholemeal gruel contains wholemeal oats that gives it a round and full flavour. It gives kids full satisfaction, and it contains more fibres from oats then the gruel for younger kids. The mild gruel contains good fibres, important proteines, fat and is enrich with iron and zinc, zinc is good for kids growth and immune defence.
Semper's gruel covers the required nourishment for a 8 month old.
Water Gruel mix Finnished gruel
1 dl 2 1/4 tbl (msk) 110 ml
2 dl 4 1/2 tbl (msk) 220 ml
Dosage: 145g (about 3 dl) of gruel mix with 9 dl water gives about 1 L of finnished gruel.
It's important that you use the right amount of gruel mix and water. Use a tablespoon measuring cup and not a regular tablespoon. Serve the gruel in a feeding bottle or a cup.
