Debox is Designed by Lena Bergström
The Debox decanter, with its pair of modern, attractively designed wine glasses, was designed to enhance the enjoyment of wine; it’s a means of brightening up the everyday round and adds a sparkle to any party.
 Lena Bergström (b.1961) is a successful designer of both textiles and glass. She has recived nomeruos public commissions and has won the Exellent Swedish Design Awards for six of her glass collections, amoung them Sqeeze and Puck.
Lena recived her artistic education at the college of Arts, Crafts and design in Stockholm before coming to Orrefors to participate in a design project during 1993-94 - she was captivated by glass and has been affiliated to Orrefors since 1994. With her assured sense of design and soft yet eloquent products, Lena expresses freshness and youth.
Her designs include Squeeze, Roma, Lightstones and Puck. Amongst her new products are practical bowls and dishes in Pastillo and Mingle, both further refinement of the famous Orrefors Fuga technique.
