Gustavus Original - Portion Snus
Portion snus with an aroma with a mixture of flowers, sweetness and fresh citrus. The flavour has a light, flowery tobacco aroma, mixed with salt and citrus.
Gustavus Original is also equiped with an "Ashtray" lid, a practical double lid with space for used snus.

Gustavus Snus range includes several different grades with individual taste charactaristics. Each is available as loose snus and portion snus. They all carry the Gustavus brand, which stands for quality. But each type has its own character and aroma.
Gustavus is the latin form of Gustav. This form of the name is usually regarded as a first name and was given to a number of Swedish kings. It was King Gustavus Adolphus who in 1929 gave Söderkompaniet the right to trade with a number of countries, including America. In 1638 one of the comapanys ships returned to Stockholm after visiting a Swedish colony at the mouth of the Delaware River. The ships cargo included the first tobacco to reach the Swedish market, and it quickly became a major trade item.
