The artist: Erkers Marie Persson
Born in Stockholm in 1954. Her first exhibition in Tällberg, Leksand in 1977 became a source of inspiration to her continued painting activities. Since 1987 reproductions of her work are to find in, among others, The Swedish Calender. Her highly personal compositions radiate a very special warmth. Her painting style could be described as bordering between the naivist and naturalist schools.
