Reduplicate of jewelry from the Viking Age found at excavations in Malmsmyr (Gotland Island, Southeast Sweden). The item weighs about 9.6 g (0.338 oz.). The jewelry is enclosed inside a beautiful decorated wooden box. The original jewelry was made out of silver. Viking Jewelry is the generic term for a collection of jewel copies in precious metal produced in collaboration with The National Museum of Archeology in Stockholm. | The jewels are made through casts of the originals. The Viking Age (AD 800-1050): Scandinavian history (Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Iceland) where Old Norse tradesmen and sea warriors, Vikings, sailed Westwards (France, England, Ireland, Scotland, North America etc) and Eastwards (Russia, Black Sea, Turkey, etc.).
