Our Phantom/Rothbrix Classic, Portion Review

Phantom Classic portion snus is a regular type portion snus made by V2 Tobacco in Silkeborg, Denmark. Even though Phantom Classic portion is made in Denmark, it’s manufactured to the high standards that snus made in Sweden is and the taste is proof! Like we said in the beginning, Phantom Classic portion is classified as a regular portion meaning that each portion goes thru an additional step in the manufacturing process that adds a bit more moisture to each one that aids the flavors in the snus to marry together and release it faster in the lip. The material that V2 uses for Phantom Classic portion is the same teabag like material that they use in all their portions and is comfortable in the lip for about an hour and a half. Each can of Phantom Classic contains 24, one gram portions with each having 8 mg of Nicotine. The can is made of black plastic with the Phantom logo embossed in the gloss plastic lid but, enough about the can; you’re here for the tastes so, let’s take a look! Phantom Classic’s flavor is unique in the sense that unlike most of V2’s snus flavors, Phantom Classic has a relatively mild taste. V2 is pretty much known for their intense flavors but with Classic, the flavor is pretty mild and of pure tobacco and salt. The tobaccos that V2 uses in Phantom Classic give the snus a peppery flavor with hints of herbs and a touch of sweetness. Even the saltiness that is common with Swedish snus is just a whisper in the background. We feel that Phantom Classic portion is a great starter snus for the new snus user looking for a tobacco flavored snus that’s not overpowering in taste but, we want to know what you think. Picked up a Roll of Rothbrix/Phantom from Northerner.com and glad I did. This would be the pleasant alternative to regular Portion General Snus.. Even an alternative to General White Portion, because it smells/tastes better. Rothbrix is like a Dandelion under your lip with a woodsy note added to it. It

Unique flavor... I didn't like General Original and honestly thought I'd be throwing out another can due to the flavor being described as tobacco. This flavor is truly unique, though and as stated is good for the newbie. Seems a lot stronger than other 8mg pouches, too.
