Go back Our Taboca Snus, Strong Mini Portion ReviewLaunched in 2009 and manufactured by Taboca AS, Taboca Strong Mini is classified as a Strong, Mini type portion snus. Since there are not that many Strong Mini portions on the market, Strong means that the portion has a higher Nicotine content than the standard portion and Mini means that they are about half the size of a regular portion. Taboca Strong Minis are also a regular type portion which means that each one goes thru the final wetting step in the manufacturing process. This bit of added moisture aids in the flavors melding together and allows the taste to come out quicker in the lip. Each can of Taboca portion snus has 20, .5 gram portions with each having 6 mg of Nicotine. The portion material that Taboca AS uses in Taboca Strong Mini portion is the same soft material that they use in all their portion snus and is comfortable in the lip for about as long as the flavor lasts which is about one and a half hours. Taboca Strong Mini’s metal can is black with the Taboca logo stamped in orange on the top. Unfortunately, there is no used portion compartment in Taboca Strong Mini’s can but enough about the can, let’s go to the flavor! Taboca Strong Mini has a pretty unique taste but pretty different from its larger sized sibling! Taboca AS describes Taboca Strong Mini portion as having a tobacco taste with aromas of lemon and fig. While we do taste the fine, hand selected tobaccos in Taboca, there is a salty secondary flavor and a subtle citrus taste in the background that actually provides a bit of sweetness to the snus and balances out the salt. The scent of Taboca Strong Mini is the other unique part. Normally, most Swedish snus has an ammonia smell that is a natural process in the making of it. With Taboca Strong Mini, the ammonia smell is replaced with a light citrus smell and tobacco! While this is what we think of Taboca Strong Mini, we want to hear your thoughts. Normally I don't use mini portions, but this is just brilliant. Discreet, great tasting and has a nice amount of nicotine, especially for a mini. Highly recommended!

This is a staple snus to have on hand. Good nicotine and flavor for such a discreet size. Well rounded tobacco flavor without any artificial tones or too much salt.

This just became a go to snus for me along with Tre Ankare. I like to alternate because I lose the taste after I use the same kind all the time. I like the strength and flavor. It isn't overpowering but it is good and lasts well. The citris is not sour like some citris types of snus. Switching from time to time keeps each brand tasting strong. I avoid brands sold in the U.S. Living in PA, When my other brand came to the U.S. I gave this a try and like it a lot. I come out better on orders straight from Sweden with the tax and shipping. I also like being able to try something new from time to time and getting part of the order shipped from the U.S. runs up my cost.

Nice nic kick for a mini...very nice fine tobacco flavor. The size's pretty convenient when in public. Pretty nice can too .

First time I tried this I did not care for it, I thought it was bitter and lacked flavor but I try to use every thing I order so I kept using it and with time it has really grown on me and I will be ordering it again really hides well at work and the flavor that it does have last a very long time, good nicotine punch for a mini I guess sometimes it takes a few tries to get used to a new snus but I would highly recommend now

trash67 if you want tobacco bites that are bigger than oliver twist then get some swedish match tobacco bites. They make General Tobacco Bites and Roda Lacket Tobacco bites. Northerner dont sell them but you can get them from an online tobacco shop in Germany and in England google for them.

Good strength for a mini pouch, which is nice to have around for snusing in public. There are overtones of fig, but a bit overpowered by the saltiness. A good alternate mini when Mocca is too sweet. ö

is the snus in a pouch or a samll bite? I buy your oliver twist but was hoping for something stronger but want it in the bites form.
