Go back Our CatchDry Licorice, White Mini Portion ReviewLaunched in 1998 and made by Swedish Match AB in Göteborg, Sweden, CatchDry Licorice White Mini portion snus is classified as a Dry White Mini type portion. White type portions are basically portions that do not go thru the added step at the end of the manufacturing process that adds a bit more moisture to them which leaves the material dry. The Mini type tells you that the portion is roughly half the size of a regular type and the Dry type means that the snus inside has less moisture than a standard White type. While the material is a bit dryer than a regular type, Swedish Match uses the same soft material they use in most of their portion snus and is pretty comfortable in the lip for as long as the flavor lasts which is around an hour and a half. Each can of CatchDry Licorice Mini contains 20 portions that have .3 grams of snus each and 4 mg of Nicotine per portion. CatchDry Licorice Mini’s can is made of grey plastic with a paper/foil label that gives the can a modern, classy look and yes, there is a used portion compartment in the lid but, enough about the can, on to the flavor! CatchDry Licorice Mini’s flavor has the same, mild tobacco character with aniseed and licorice flavor that Catch White Licorice has and what we taste is salt and licorice with a hint of tobacco. The Licorice flavor is mild but not the sharp flavor like a Black Licorice candy. The tobacco taste begins to come out after about 45 minutes and gives a bit of depth to the licorice flavor. We feel that CatchDry Licorice Mini makes a great snus for those who want to experience a licorice flavored snus in a lower Nicotine version but, this is what we taste, we want to hear what you think of CatchDry Licorice Mini portion snus as well! This one is good for anytime really, it has a soft subtle licorice flavor that isn't palletteable to everyone but for someone like myself it's great. It's a good drinking snus
