How do I use nicotine pouches?

Different Strengths

Where is my order?

All of our orders are shipped from our warehouse in Bristol. We offer shipping within 24-48 hours. You choose your shipping in the checkout.

 

As soon as we have packed your items you will receive an e-mail with delivery information and a link to track and trace your parcel. You can also login to Your account and find information about your delivery.

I'm under 18 years of age

We condone a strict age verification process in which the customer has to be physically present and show ID to receive their first order.

 

Should our delivery partner discover that the receiver is a minor, they can not legally distribute the parcel and it will be returned to Northerner. In this case, we will unfortunately have to charge £25 to cover the extra shipping costs.

I received a damaged package 

This is unfortunate when it happens.

Please take a photo and contact customer service. They will help you if any goods are missing.

There's an issue with my product

Contact our customer service and they'll make sure you are compensated.

 

Remember to take a photo of the product and keep the it in case it should be sent back to the manufacturer.
