A More Rewarding Way to Shop
Welcome to the Northerner Loyalty Program, designed to give you more with every purchase! Whether it’s exclusive promos, new product launches, or cashing in your points for rewards, sign up today to take the dollars you spend with us further.

How the Program Works
To start earning, you’ll need to create a Northerner account if you haven't already and opt-in to the loyalty program by selecting “join” from your account dashboard. Once enrolled, you'll notice points accumulating automatically with every eligible purchase.

Earn As You Go
The set up is simple: You’ll earn 1 point for every $1 spent on your order subtotal (before taxes and shipping). As soon as your order is confirmed, points will be added to your Northerner account—no extra steps or follow ups needed.

Redeem for Rewards
As your points balance grows, you’ll unlock access to a range of rewards, including exclusive products and high-value coupons. These reward options are updated regularly, giving you fresh opportunities to save on your next order or try something new.

Some Good-To-Knows
Signing into your Northerner account and accessing the Loyalty Dashboard is the central hub for your rewards experience. There, you can:
-
View your current points balance;
-
Track your earning history;
-
Redeem points for rewards;
-
Apply coupon codes directly at checkout.
Everything is designed to be as clear and easy to manage as possible, so you always know where you stand.
Make the Most of Your Membership
Keep an eye out for limited-time-only offers, bonus-point products, and special promotions that will pop up on-site for Northerner Loyalty customers.
Point Limits & Expiration
It's also worth noting that your account can hold a maximum of 4,000 points. Once you've reached that limit, you’ll need to redeem some of them before continuing to earn more. Points expire 12 months after they're earned, so it’s a good idea to check your dashboard regularly and redeem on a semi-regular basis.
- To join, simply create a Northerner account (or sign in if you already have one), go to your Loyalty Dashboard, and click “join”. Once enrolled, you’ll begin earning points with every eligible purchase.
- Yes. Even if you have a Northerner account, you won’t earn points until you’ve opted in by pressing “join” in your Loyalty Dashboard. It’s quick, free, and only takes a click.
- You earn 1 point for every $1 spent, based on your order subtotal (excluding taxes and shipping). Points are added to your account automatically once the order is confirmed and deducted if any items are returned.
- You can view your current points balance, track your earning history, and manage prize redemptions directly in your Loyalty Dashboard. This is your personal hub for everything rewards-related.
- You can redeem points for exclusive discounts and member-only products. Rewards may change or expand over time, so check back often to see what’s new.
- Yes, your account can hold up to 4,000 points at one time. Once you reach this limit, you’ll need to redeem some points before you can start earning more again.
- Northerner loyalty points are valid for 12 months from the date you earn them. If you choose to convert your points into coupons, however, the coupons are only valid for the year in which they're issued (e.g. if a coupon is created June 6, 2025, you must use it by December 31, 2025). Generally you will only convert points into coupons when you're ready to place an order though, so this isn't an issue if you do it later in the year.
- Yes. It's worth checking the specific supplier's website for terms and conditions, but many brands now offer their own rewards programs. You may be able to earn double points by ordering through us and then entering a code from the product packaging into their website. This is not guaranteed for every supplier though. Please note that your points balance on each site will be treated separately too.
- Unfortunately not. Points are tied to your personal account and can't be transferred or shared with other Northerner customers.
- Returning purchases is rare, but, if you do need to, any points earned from that particular order will be deducted from your account. This ensures your points balance accurately reflects all completed purchases.
