How the Program Works
To start earning, you’ll need to create a Northerner account if you haven't already and opt-in to the loyalty program by selecting “join” from your account dashboard. Once enrolled, you'll notice points accumulating automatically with every eligible purchase.
Earn As You Go
The set up is simple: You’ll earn 1 point for every $1 spent on your order subtotal (before taxes and shipping). As soon as your order is confirmed, points will be added to your Northerner account—no extra steps or follow ups needed.
Redeem for Rewards
As your points balance grows, you’ll unlock access to a range of rewards, including exclusive products and high-value coupons. These reward options are updated regularly, giving you fresh opportunities to save on your next order or try something new.

Point Limits & Expiration
It's also worth noting that your account can hold a maximum of 4,000 points at one time. Once you've reached that limit, you’ll need to redeem some of them before continuing to earn more. Points expire 12 months after they're earned, so it’s a good idea to check your dashboard regularly and redeem when you’re ready.

- Unfortunately not. Points are tied to your personal account and can't be transferred or shared with other Northerner customers.
- Returning purchases is rare, but, if you do need to, any points earned from that particular order will be deducted from your account. This ensures your points balance accurately reflects all completed purchases.
