Northerner's US Shipping & Delivery

Once at the checkout, you can choose from a range of shipping providers based on how quickly you want your nicotine pouches to be delivered.

All processing, packing and dispatching of orders is done through our warehouses in New Jersey and Texas, so you can expect a timely delivery and reliable service. We currently ship to almost every state in the US* via FedEx, UPS and USPS.

*Unfortunately we cannot ship to Maine, Maryland, Louisiana, Vermont, Arkansas or Utah due to the nicotine/tobacco laws there. We've also had to temporarily suspend sales in California.

What is the Adult Signature Requirement?

The Adult Signature Requirement (or ASR) is a crucial component of Northerner's shipping policy, mandated by specific states to ensure the responsible delivery of nicotine/tobacco products. It means an individual aged 21 or older must be at the designated delivery address to receive a parcel from us. To comply with ASR, a valid ID document confirming your age must be presented before the order can be handed over.

Currently, ASR is enforced in these states:

• North Dakota
• Wyoming
• Virginia
• Delaware
• Massachusetts
• Iowa
• Florida
• California
• South Carolina

During the checkout process, you'll be notified if your order is affected. ASR also comes with a fee imposed by the shipping carriers (i.e. UPS, FedEx), and even though we do our best to cover these costs, a small portion of that fee may be added to your order if you live in one of these states.

It's important to be aware of this requirement and plan accordingly by having valid ID ready to present during any delivery attempts made by UPS, FedEx or USPS.

Adhering to ASR ensures that we uphold all the legal standards set by these states and do our part to keep the distribution of nicotine/tobacco products as safe as possible. Your cooperation here is appreciated!

When Will My Order Be Shipped?

Our ambition is to always ship your order as soon as possible.

For all express delivery options (FedEx 2nd Day, UPS Next Day and UPS 2nd Day) the cutoff for same-day shipping is 2pm (Mondays to Fridays).

Shipping to Military Addresses

For orders heading to US military addresses (DPO and FPO), the only shipping options you can choose from are the USPS or UPS Surepost (with USPS as a last mile provider). For all APO orders, you must use UPS Surepost.

Please note that delivery times are subject to variation based on your specific APO, DPO, or FPO location.

Wrong Shipping Address

Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or reshipments for orders with the incorrect address once they have been dispatched.

To avoid any delays or failed delivery attempts, please double check that you have written the correct address before placing your order.

If you do notice a mistake with your address while we are processing your order, call (844) 516-4699 right away so that we can try to re-route the package before it leaves one of our warehouses. We cannot guarantee this works every time, but our staff will do their best to assist you.

Tracking Your Order(s)

We try to make the shipping process as transparent as possible for your peace of mind. If you select a trackable delivery service at checkout, you will receive a link in your order confirmation email that gives you access to real-time updates and estimated delivery times.
