Northerner's US Shipping & Delivery

Once at the checkout, you can choose from a range of shipping providers based on how quickly you want your nicotine pouches to be delivered.

All processing, packing and dispatching of orders is done through our warehouses in New Jersey and Texas, so you can expect a timely delivery and reliable service. We currently ship to almost every state in the US* via FedEx, UPS and USPS.

*Unfortunately we cannot ship to Maine, Maryland, Louisiana, Vermont, Arkansas or Utah due to the nicotine/tobacco laws there. We've also had to temporarily suspend sales in California.

 

Due to Hurricane Helene, shipments to North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee may experience delivery delays. We ask for your understanding and will do our best to deliver your order promptly.

What is the Adult Signature Requirement?

The Adult Signature Requirement (ASR) is an important part of Northerner's shipping policy, ensuring the responsible delivery of our products in states where ASR is mandated. This means that someone aged 21 or older must be present at the delivery address to receive the parcel. A valid ID confirming your age must be shown, and a signature is required for the handover of the package.

During checkout, you’ll be informed if your order is subject to ASR.

To avoid any issues, please ensure that you have a valid ID ready when UPS or FedEx attempts delivery. Following this requirement helps us stay compliant with legal standards, and we appreciate your cooperation!

When Will My Order Be Shipped?

Our ambition is to always ship your order as soon as possible.

For all express delivery options (FedEx 2nd Day, UPS Next Day and UPS 2nd Day) the cutoff for same-day shipping is 2pm (Mondays to Fridays).

Shipping to Military Addresses

For orders heading to US military addresses (DPO and FPO), the only shipping options you can choose from are the USPS or UPS Surepost (with USPS as a last mile provider). For all APO orders, you must use UPS Surepost.

Please note that delivery times are subject to variation based on your specific APO, DPO, or FPO location.

Wrong Shipping Address

Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or reshipments for orders with the incorrect address once they have been dispatched.

To avoid any delays or failed delivery attempts, please double check that you have written the correct address before placing your order.

If you do notice a mistake with your address while we are processing your order, call (844) 516-4699 right away so that we can try to re-route the package before it leaves one of our warehouses. We cannot guarantee this works every time, but our staff will do their best to assist you.

We try to make the shipping process as transparent as possible for your peace of mind. If you select a trackable delivery service at checkout, you will receive a link in your order confirmation email that gives you access to real-time updates and estimated delivery times.
