Lucy Breakers have a slightly different ingredients list containing erythritol, microcrystalline cellulose, gelatin, calcium lactate, MCT, sucralose, and potassium sorbate.You might notice you produce a little excess saliva given the general moisture and softness of a Lucy pouch (especially Breakers) but swallowing some of this spit is totally normal. The one thing you should never swallow is the actual pouch.
