Step 1: Sign up or Login to GOVX

  • If you don’t already have an account, go to GOVX.com and click ‘Create My Free Account.’ 
  • Fill out the required information and submit proof of your professional status (either by uploading a document or entering your department email). 
  • GOVX will go on to securely verify your eligibility in just a few minutes! 

Step 2: Start Shopping

  • When you’ve found what you'd like to purchase, click on the specific product and look for the GOVX ID button (directly underneath ‘Add to Cart’). 
  • Click the GOVX ID button and log into your account.  
  • A unique promo code will be generated, which you should then either:
    • Click ‘Copy’ for easy access later at the checkout while you continue to shop around and add other brands/products to your cart; 
    • Click ‘Use Your Code’ if you’re done shopping and would like to finalize your purchase straight away. 

Step 4: Proceed to Checkout

  • Review the items in your cart and make sure your delivery address is correct, before pasting the discount code in your 'Order Summary.' (Don't worry! There’s another GOVX ID button in the checkout flow you can click if you’ve taken too long and your original code expires or “times out").
  • Your order total will automatically adjust once the code is added, so you can then fill in your payment details with Visa, Mastercard, PayPal or Klarna.
