The variety of products is great. The prices are very competitive, and sales and specials can't be beat. Customer service is also fantastic! Had an issue with one order (sent incorrect item). Contacted Northerner and less than 24 hours later, I had tracking info for the missing item they were shipping to me.

Ordered late on Friday evening, I paid a small fee for priority 1-2 days delivery. I expected the order to arrive on Tuesday, however I got an email saying goods dispatched Saturday and Royal Mail delivered this Sunday morning. You can't get better than that.
