Lucy Slim is a traditional pouch made from a porous, all-white material that's designed to fit comfortably under your lip.
Lucy Breakers may look the same at first glance, but inside, you'll find a liquid-filled flavor capsule that sets them apart. This innovative addition to the pouch is meant to be gently popped with your teeth for an extra burst of flavor and moisture.
Nicotine Strengths Available
Lucy gives you the choice between 3 tobacco-free strengths, catering to different nicotine needs and preferences:

- 8mg of nicotine per pouch (Strong)
- 12mg of nicotine per pouch (Extra Strong)
Please note that Lucy Breakers are only available in 4mg and 8mg strengths. This means if you opt for the pop of flavorsome hydration from Lucy Breakers, there's no Extra Strong option.
Keep in mind that even though these strengths are standardized in terms of milligrams (mg) per pouch, the strength you feel may depend on your level of nicotine experience as well as the flavor you pick and/or the dryness of the pouch. Otherwise Lucy is subject to local availability at select gas stations or supermarkets.
- Place a fresh pouch underneath your upper lip. Leave it parked there to release flavor and nicotine for 30-45 minutes. If you're using a Lucy Breakers pouch, gently pop the capsule with your teeth when you'd like to activate the extra flavor and moisture. Toss your used pouch in a bin when you're done with it.
Inside every can of Lucy, you'll find 15 nicotine pouches.
Most customers say a Lucy pouch typically lasts 45 minutes. Of course, you can leave the pouch in your mouth for as long as you're still enjoying the flavor and nicotine release, but for maximum freshness, we don't recommend more than an hour. In terms of shelf life, you'll find a 'best before' date on the bottom of every can of Lucy that your pouches should always be used by.
Lucy offers a total of 8 flavors: Mint, Mango, Espresso, Apple Ice, Wintergreen, Cinnamon, Berry Citrus, and Apple Cider. Most flavors are available in both pouch formats, except for Wintergreen and Cinnamon (exclusive to Slim: 4mg, 8mg, 12mg) as well as Berry Citrus and Apple Cider (exclusive to Breakers: 4mg, 8mg).
All Lucy pouches are sugar-free and contain tobacco-free synthetic nicotine.
Inside Lucy Slim pouches you'll also find maltitol, microcrystalline cellulose, calcium lactate, sodium carbonate, MCT, glycerol, propylene glycol, and flavorings.
Lucy Breakers have a slightly different ingredients list containing erythritol, microcrystalline cellulose, gelatin, calcium lactate, MCT, sucralose, and potassium sorbate.You might notice you produce a little excess saliva with a moist pouch like Lucy or Lucy Breakers in your mouth, but swallowing some of this spit is totally normal. The one thing you should never swallow is the actual pouch.
- All Lucy products are intended for adult consumers (21+) who already use nicotine or tobacco products. It's also a Northerner requirement to verify your age when placing an order, so make sure to have your ID ready.
