The Northerner Grand Tournament

The competition is open to adult customers aged 18+ in accordance with our terms and conditions. 

Entries now close on 25th June 2026. Flash rewards and tournament activations continue after the entry window closes. 

No. Customers can enter through marketing opt-in. Adding an order number provides an additional entry opportunity. 

Flash rewards are surprise rewards activated during the tournament period for eligible participants who selected successful teams. 

Winners will be contacted using the details submitted during entry.

THE NORTHERNER GRAND TOURNAMENT — COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. PROMOTER AND SCOPE

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern The Northerner Grand Tournament competition ("Competition") promoted by Haypp Limited ("Promoter"). The Competition operates via northerner.com during the period 1 June 2026 to 25 June 2026 ("Entry Period"), with a Flash Rewards phase from 11 June to 23 June 2026 ("Flash Rewards Phase") and main prize draw announced on 20 July 2026.

2. ELIGIBILITY

Entry is restricted to UK residents aged 18 or over who provide valid contact details. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Promoter and any associated agencies are excluded. The Promoter may verify eligibility at any time and disqualify non-compliant entrants.

3. ENTRY AND NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

No purchase is necessary to enter. Entry requires: (i) submission of name, email, and mobile number via the competition landing page; and (ii) selection of three predicted teams. Entrants must then elect either:

• Purchase Route: submission of a valid northerner.com order number placed during the Entry Period (one order number, one entry); or
• Free Entry Route: acceptance of Northerner marketing communications (no payment required; no less convenient than the Purchase Route).

Multiple accounts or automated entries are prohibited. Maximum entries per person: 3. The Promoter bears no liability for entries not received.

4. PRIZES

Main Draw (random selection - results 26 July 2026):

Flash Prizes (distributed 11–23 June 2026 to entrants with correct predictions): may include discount codes, Northerner Metal Cans, one Sweden shirt and viewing party tickets to the Scotland vs Brazil match (24 June 2026) at Boxpark Camden (6 tickets per venue; one recipient)

All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and carry no cash alternative. Discount codes: single use, non-transferable. Gift cards: non-transferable. The Promoter may substitute any unavailable prize with one of equivalent or greater value. No alternative prize is offered in the event of viewing party cancellation or postponement.

5. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

Main draw winners are selected at random by raffle conducted by the Promoter. The Promoter's decision is final and not subject to appeal. Winners are notified via email; failure to respond entitles the Promoter to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner. Flash Prize recipients are notified via email during the Flash Rewards Phase.

6. DATA PROTECTION

The Promoter processes entrant personal data (name, email, mobile number) for competition administration and, where the Free Entry Route is selected, for marketing communications, in each case in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Promoter's privacy policy at https://www.northerner.com/uk/privacy. Marketing consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting a validly submitted entry. Personal data is shared with third parties only to the extent necessary for prize fulfilment, under equivalent data protection obligations.

7. DISQUALIFICATION AND FRAUD

The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who: commits fraud or misrepresentation; abuses the entry mechanic, fails to meet eligibility criteria; or breaches these Terms. Disqualified entrants forfeit all prizes. The Promoter reserves the right to reclaim prizes awarded to subsequently disqualified entrants and to pursue available legal remedies.

8. LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits the Promoter's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to the foregoing, the Promoter excludes all liability for: loss, damage, or disappointment arising from participation or inability to participate; technical failures; lost, corrupted, or delayed entries; prizes lost or damaged in transit; and cancellation or alteration of any event. This Competition is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any football federation, tournament organiser, or Instagram. All competition-related complaints must be directed to the Promoter.

9. GOVERNING LAW, DISPUTE RESOLUTION, AND GENERAL

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. The Promoter's decision on all competition matters is final. These Terms do not affect entrants' statutory consumer rights. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues in full force. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
