All orders are dispatched from our Milton Keynes warehouse, and you can choose your preferred delivery method at checkout. Available carriers include Royal Mail, HIVED Next-Day or Same-Day, DPD and InPost, with most orders delivered within 1–2 days.

Enjoy free standard delivery on all orders over £4.99.
If you’re based in London, where HIVED same-day service is available, you can get free same-day delivery on orders over £40.
 

To speed up the handling of your order, you can opt for Priority Packing at checkout. This ensures your order is prioritized in our processing queue for the fastest possible dispatch. Please note that while this expedites handling, it does not affect the delivery speed once the order has been shipped.

Mailbox Delivery


Royal Mail Tracked 24 Delivery

Your parcel will be delivered quickly and securely via Royal Mail, straight to your mailbox.

Order Monday–Thursday before 6:30 PM for same-day dispatch and next-day delivery.

Order Friday before 4:00 PM for same-day dispatch and Saturday delivery.

Orders placed after these cut-off times, on weekends, or on Bank Holidays will be processed the next business day.

 

Home Delivery

HIVED Next-Day Delivery

HIVED provides fast and dependable next‑day home delivery with full tracking and 100% electric transport, available Monday to Saturday.

  • Orders placed Monday to Thursday before 6:30 PM are dispatched the same day and delivered the following day.
  • Orders placed on Friday before 2:45 PM are dispatched the same day and delivered on Saturday.
  • Orders received after these times will be handled on the next working day.

Orders are delivered to your doorstep or to a designated safe place of your choice

Note: This service is currently offered in the following areas:
London, Bristol, Bath, Brighton, Worthing, Bournemouth, Poole, Southampton and Portsmouth.

HIVED Same-Day Home Delivery

HIVED offers sustainable same‑day delivery with full tracking and 100% electric, available Monday through Friday.

  • Place your order no later than 2:30 PM to qualify for same‑day dispatch, followed by evening delivery between 6:00 PM and 11:00 PM.

Orders are delivered to your doorstep or to a designated safe place of your choice.

DPD Next Day Delivery
Home delivery Monday-Sunday.

  • Orders placed Monday–Thursday before 5:00 PM are dispatched the same day.
  • Orders placed on Friday before 4:00 PM are dispatched the same day.
  • Orders placed after these cut-off times will be processed the next business day.

Please note:

  • These delivery times do not apply on Bank Holidays.
  • Deliveries to certain remote areas may take additional days.

 

Parcel Locker & Pickup Point


InPost Locker & Shop

Choose delivery to an InPost parcel locker or shop at checkout. This convenient self-service option lets you collect your package from a local automated locker whenever it suits you.

Many lockers are available 24/7, giving you the flexibility to pick up your parcel at any time. You can track your parcel directly in InPost mobile app. You will be notified via email, sms or through their app when they have delivered the parcel to the chosen locker or shop. You have 72 hours to collect the parcel from the locker or the shop.

  • Orders placed Monday–Friday before 4 PM are dispatched the same day.
  • Orders placed after 4 PM will be dispatched on the next business day.

Frequently Asked Questions

When will my order be dispatched?

Dispatch times vary by carrier. You can view full details under each shipping option at checkout.

For example, with services like Royal Mail or HIVED Next Day, you can place your order as late as 6:30 PM Monday–Thursday and still receive same-day dispatch.

On Fridays, the cut-off time is 4:00 PM. Orders placed after these times, on weekends, or during Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

How do I track my delivery?

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send a notification email with the shipment number so you can track your parcel.

Here you can find the current status and estimated delivery date of your package. To track your shipment, please enter your order number (found in your order confirmation) and your zip code.  

What is Priority Packing?

By selecting Priority Packing at checkout, your order will be prioritised for handling and dispatchment from our warehouse as quickly as possible.

Please note that this option does not affect the delivery time after shipment.

No, we only ship orders within the UK.
