Hey Vilma! Thanks for joining us today. To get to know you better, can you have a fun fact to share about yourself?

"My absolute favorite artist is Robbie Williams. When I was about 12 years old, I watched a YouTube video of him performing live at Knebworth. Since then, I’ve been a huge fan and have been to all of his concerts here in Sweden over the past few years.

Alongside this job, I also work as a model and have worked with big Swedish brands such as Stadium, Nelly.com, Ida Warg Beauty, and Aim’n. My colleagues probably find this hard to believe, since I usually look like a tired Oompa Loompa at the office–haha!

Finally, I also played handball for about 15 years, but had to stop due to knee problems."

What’s the best thing about your job at Northerner?

"The best part of my job is getting to talk to all the fun and friendly customers. Most of them are great, and we often end up laughing together.

We will often laugh about the stress of running low on cans and the panic of wondering when the order will arrive. 

In most cases, the delivery arrives within 24 hours (thanks to the world’s best warehouse team, who work incredibly fast). This makes customers get used to that speed–so when two days pass without a delivery, they start to think something must be wrong!"

“I Placed My Order On a Friday Evening. It Usually Arrives Within 24 Hours, But It’s Now Monday and It Still Hasn’t Been Delivered.”

"This is a question we get every single Monday, many times over.

Our pickups only occur during business days and orders placed during the weekend are always processed on Monday. 

The estimated delivery time is always shown at checkout when placing an order- but as mentioned before, our customers are so used to super-fast deliveries that they don’t always check the estimated delivery time. 

But I completely understand, because I’m the kind of person who obsessively tracks my shipments after placing an order!"

“Can I Get a Discount Code?”

“This is a very common question we get! We’re very generous with discounts and special offers for our customers who subscribe to our newsletter. 

If you’re not already subscribed, we really recommend that you sign up. You can do this easily by registering for the newsletter at the checkout–simply check the box “register for newsletter.”

“What Does it Mean to Subscribe To a Product or Cart?”

“This is an exciting new feature on our UK site. Subscribing to a product or cart simply means that you create a subscription with recurring delivery.

The most common option is to subscribe to your favorite products with a monthly delivery. This means that an order will automatically be created once per month, and you will be charged using the same payment method as your original order.

As many of our customers know, our prices are dynamic and may change over time, especially for multipacks such as 20-packs. 

By subscribing, you “lock” your price, with the exception of any general price adjustments that may occur 1–2 times per year. In such cases, you will always be informed in advance.”
